The Attention Process Training Programs (APT), developed by Sohlberg and Mateer, are for adolescents and adults with impairments in attentional processing caused by brain injury or post concussion syndrome. The attention process training program for children is the Pay Attention Program by Thomson and Kerns. These programs can be used by therapists, clinicians, psychiatrists and educators in rehabilitation programs, out-patient settings, military facilities, private practice and schools.
