Quotes… Any customer can request a formal quote, just give us a call and we can discuss options with you.
Payment… We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept purchase orders, personal checks and US money orders. We do not accept foreign checks.
Shipping… All orders are shipped USPS. FedEx or UPS ground within 4 business days. If you need it sooner, please contact us by email or phone.
Shipping and Handling are added to orders at the following rates.
US postage, add 10% (minimum $4)
Canadian orders, add 15% (minimum $6)
Foreign orders, add 20% (minimum $8)
Orders for North Carolina residents, add 7% for State Sales Tax

Return Policy… Lash & Associates guarentees our product 100%. We will accept any return on any product.
The requirements for returns are… The item or items to be returned must be returned in re-sale condition. The item or items returned must be within 30 days of purchase
If purchase was made by credit card, the card may be refunded per customers request. After the item has been returned to Lash & Associates in re-sale condition.
If purchase was paid by check a refund check will be issued after the item has been returned to Lash & Associates in re-sale condition.
If purchase was made using a PO, the account office must direct Lash & Associates on adjustment, paperwork and payment. Item must be returned to Lash & Associates in re-sale condition before adjustments can be properly completed.
Overseas and Canadian visitors can order many of our products directly from our distributors by going to the resources listed below. Ordering from them will save you time and postal charges.
