The exercises use a variety of formats including puzzles, fill in the blanks, and word games. They challenge the user’s cognitive abilities by activities requiring synonyms, antonyms, definitions, categories, similarities and differences, and logical inferences. Answers are provided so users can keep score, check their accuracy, and track their progress.

This workbook is especially useful for individuals who need practice copying or improving written responses with either their dominant or non-dominant hand.
